R,R&R Retreats ~ ReNEW, Restore & Reconnect

Space to step away, slow down, listen and go inward

What these retreats offer

There are seasons when individual support is not enough—when what’s needed is space, nature, and the quiet knowing that you are not alone. Retreats offer a different kind of holding: one rooted in shared presence, gentle rhythm and time away from the demands of everyday life.

These restorative retreats are intentionally small and thoughtfully designed. They are not about fixing, performing, or pushing through. They are about creating the conditions for rest, reflection, and reconnection.

Each retreat is shaped by place, season and the people who gather. While no two are exactly the same, you can expect:

  • Time in nature to support grounding and perspective

  • Spacious days with room for rest and reflection

  • Gentle guided practices to support awareness and presence

  • Group conversations held with care and confidentiality

  • Opportunities for quiet, creativity and personal meaning-making

You are always invited to participate in ways that feel right for you. There is no pressure to share, engage, or push beyond your capacity.

Who retreats tend to support well

These retreats may be especially supportive if you are:

  • Navigating grief or loss and longing for space to breathe

  • In a life transition, seeking clarity or reconnection

  • Feeling depleted, disconnected, or overwhelmed

  • Drawn to reflective, nature-based experiences

  • Wanting community without expectation or performance

You do not need to arrive with answers or intentions. Curiosity and openness are enough.

A gentle, grounded approach

My approach to retreats is rooted in nervous-system awareness, deep listening and respect for individual process. While these retreats can feel therapeutic, they are not clinical or prescriptive. They are designed to offer safety, simplicity, and room for your own inner wisdom to emerge.

Spirituality may be present in subtle, personal ways—through silence, nature, ritual, or reflection—without being defined or imposed.
