A supportive space to meet yourself where you are

Grief and life transitions can leave you feeling disoriented, tender, or unsure of who you are becoming. You don’t need to have the right words, a clear goal, or a plan. You simply need a place where you can arrive as you are.

My 1:1 coaching offers a grounded, compassionate space to explore grief, change and the inner questions that often surface in times of loss. Together, we move at a pace that honors your nervous system, your lived experience, and your capacity in this season.

Each session is a collaborative, client-centered conversation. My role is not to tell you who to be or how to heal, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experience.

  • Cultivating emotional regulation and resilience

  • Meaning-making and reflection

  • Practices for grounding, self-compassion, and presence

There is no agenda you need to meet and no timeline you need to follow. We listen for what wants attention and we respond with care.

My approach is rooted in deep listening, nervous-system awareness, and respect for the wisdom you already carry. While this work is therapeutic in nature, it is not therapy. It is a supportive coaching relationship that honors emotional complexity, spirituality, and personal growth without pressure or performance.

This is a space where your grief is welcome, your questions are allowed and your pace is respected.

Sessions are held virtually

  • Each session is approximately 60 minutes

  • Frequency is determined together and based on your needs
